After a little four-hour drive we arrived at the Panacam Lodge in the Meambar Blue Mountain National Park. This is a beautiful lodge with lovely rooms, a wonderful restaurant and great views from their deck. My favorite view from their deck, of course, is of their many hummingbird feeders that attracted many hummingbirds. The deck is set up with tables and chairs for dining, but after breakfast was over I had the whole thing to myself to try to get great pictures of the White-bellied Emeralds, Rufous-tailed and Violet Sabrewings that were there. There was also a little White-striped Hermit Hummer that staked out a territory in front of the lodge. I was able to get a few pictures of him, too.
